The Iron Ghost, my first all metal saber. I wanted to build a saber that could be used for moderate dueling and could eventually be converted to an EL lightsaber, something with as few plastic parts as possible. This is the result.

The BLA, Activator, and body of the saber are metal, and there a few decorative plastic parts. I wanted a screw-on cap at the emitter-end, so as I could unscrew the cap, remove the washer and emitter core piece, and access any EL componants mounted within. The pommel is also removable, providing access through the pommel-end of the saber, as well. The inside is completely smooth from one end to the other.
